In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, SSIA's board of directors is recommending extending the terms of all SSIA directors by one year until the membership can physically meet again in July 2021. All board members have agreed to extend their volunteer commitment to SSIA.
In the interest of transparency, and because extreme circumstances such as this are not addressed in SSIA's bylaws (which call for elections to be held annually), SSIA is sending this ballot to each member company for a one-time exception to the bylaws.
