Convention Sponsorship Packages & Pricing

SSIA is seeking sponsors for its 118th Annual Convention. Sponsorship packages are:

Bronze + Table Package - $1,000

  • 1 Exhibit Table ($750)
  • Bronze Sponsorship ($250)
  • Recognition on signage, from the podium, in the newsletter, and on SSIA's website

Silver + Table Package - $2,000

  • 2 Exhibit Table ($1,500)
  • Silver Sponsorship ($500)
  • Recognition on signage, from the podium, in the newsletter, and on SSIA's website

Gold + 2 Tables Package - $2,400

  • 2 Exhibit Tables ($1,400)
  • Gold Sponsorship ($1,000)
  • Interview by SSIA’s media team, featured in social media, and a promotional video for exhibitor use

Platinum + Shine Off Package - $3,525

  • 3 Exhibit Tables ($2,025)
  • Platinum Sponsorship + Shine Off ($1,500)
  • Contest branding on signage, awards, and promotional materials
  • Recognition on show materials, website, and during the event

Platinum + Silver Cup Package - $3,525

  • 3 Exhibit Tables ($2,025)
  • Platinum Sponsorship + Silver Cup ($1,500)
  • Contest branding on signage, awards, and promotional materials
  • Recognition on show materials, website, and during the event

Diamond Package - $4,375

  • 5 Exhibit Tables ($2,875)
  • Platinum Sponsorship ($1,500)
  • Custom Benefits: Exclusive recognition as top-tier sponsor
  • Exclusive branding on lanyards or badges (if available)
  • Interview and feature across SSIA’s social media
  • Recognition as primary event sponsor (e.g., on the stage backdrop and podium)
