Thank you for registering for SSIA's 118th Annual Convention. Your name badge(s) will be waiting for you when you arrive at the show.

Hotel Reservations.: SSIA has reserved a block of rooms at Caesar's Palace for the convention at $179 per night. There is also a resort fee of $39 per night. The resort fee includes:

• Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls)
• Two (2) guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center (Does not include the use of the spa)
• In-Room internet access to include two (2) devices per room per day (Property-wide roaming may be available for an additional fee.)

SSIA's room block will be available until June 20, 2025 or until it sells out, whichever comes first. Last year, our room block filled up very quickly, so make your reservations early. To make your reservation, use the link below.

Guests that prefer to phone in their reservations may call  866-227-5944 to secure a reservation on SSIA's group block. A processing fee per reservation will be incurred if you choose not to use the dedicated weblink. The name of the group is SSIA 118TH Annual Convention. You may also use the  group code SCSSI5.
