Thank you for reserving exhibit space at SSIA's 119th Annual Convention. Your request has been received and you will receive an invoice by email shortly with options to pay by check or credit card. All invoices must be paid prior to the show.
Exhibitor Information: The Astor Crowne Plaza will accept exhibitor materials beginning three days prior to the convention.

SSIA's group rate is available from three days prior to the convention to three days after based on hotel availability. The group rate will be honored until July 3, 2026 or until SSIA's room block is sold out, whichever comes first.
SSIA's room block will be available until June 20, 2025 or until it sells out, whichever comes first. Last year, our room block filled up very quickly, so make your reservations early. To make your reservation, use the link below.
Guests that prefer to phone in their reservations may call 877-227-6963 to secure a reservation on SSIA's group block. Make sure to tell them your are attending SSIA's convention to get the SSIA rate.
