How to Reserve Exhibit Space

 

Exhibit space is available to SSIA supplier members only. If you are not a supplier member of SSIA, click here to apply.
 

Exhibitor's Cost

 

$595 for one 6-foot table.
$1,150 for two 6-foot tables.
$1,700 for three 6-foot tables
$2,200 for four 6-foot tables.

Only manufacturers and supplier members that have purchased a booth will be permitted in the exhibition hall and be able to participate in SSIA activities. Members that have not purchased a booth will be welcome at the annual business meeting.

To pay by credit card or bank transfer, contact SSIA headquarters for information.

Because of the time it takes to set up a floor plan, please plan payments to arrive before Friday, June 24, 2011.

Shipping and Storage of Materials

Due to the limitations of storage space and the liabilities involved, the hotel will only accept shipped materials three (3) days prior to the event. These materials should be clearly marked with, GROUP NAME, MEETING DATE, CONTACT PERSON, and forwarded to the address below. COD’s are not accepted!. Should any materials be left behind, the hotel will hold them no longer than three (3) days. A charge of $8.00 per box/package will be charged to you by the hotel for the acceptance, storage and delivery of items to the function room. Please ask for a price list if you intend to ship oversized boxes and crates. Pallets will be charged $100 each. If you are sending a pallet you MUST notify the hotel 10 days in advance of the pallets arrival or your pallet may not be received. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for your own return shipping labels for UPS and Fed-X and your own pick up arrangement for pallets.

SILVER CUP CONTEST

We have enough pre-paid entrees so there will be a Silver Cup Contest in 2011 and we are soliciting sponsors for the contest and the Silver Cup Brunch.

 

Gold Sponsor - $1000
Silver Sponsor - $500
Bronze Sponsor - $250

 

Sponsors name will be visible on posters and table cards through-out the convention, and sponsors will be recognized at the brunch by the SSIA president.

 

Please make checks payable to SSIA and send them to the above SSIA address. If you are paying for your table and sponsoring the Silver Cup on one check please note this to prevent any confusion.
 

A Reminder from the SSIA Board of Directors

Shoe service wholesalers, or their employees are not permitted to work a booth at a SSIA-sponsored event.

The SSIA reserves the rights to change or reschedule any events without notice at the discretion of the SSIA board of directors.
