Extra room will NOT be available at the 2009
convention.
You will have an additional 2 feet on each side
per table which equals 10 feet of frontage per
table purchased and at least 10 feet of depth so
please plan accordingly. This will be enforced
by the SSIA to avoid problems that have occurred
in the past.

Because of the time it takes to set up a floor
plan, please plan payments to arrive before
June 26, 2009.
Electricity
Each vendor will be responsible for all cost of
any electricity needed in their booth.
Shipping and Storage of Materials
The Hotel cannot guarantee prompt delivery of
improperly labeled packages therefore materials
being shipped must read:

You will be responsible for your own return
packing labels, and shipping of outgoing
materials. The hotel and the SSIA assume no
responsibility for storage or mailing of
outgoing materials.
Oversized Packages
You are responsible for the cost of any over
sized packages and pallets that you send. If
shipping a pallet please note there is no
loading dock. Please plan on a truck with a lift
gate.
The SSIA assumes no responsibility for the cost
or storage of over sized packages or pallets.
Due to limited
space, any storage needs beyond three days must
be arranged with the Convention / Meeting
Services Department in advance.
A reminder from the SSIA Board of Directors:
Shoe Service Wholesalers, Orthopedic
Distributors, or their employee’s are not
permitted to work a booth at a SSIA sponsored
event.
The SSIA reserves the rights to change or re
schedule any events without notice at the
discretion of the SSIA Board of Directors.
