SSIA reserves the rights to change or reschedule
events without notice at the discretion of the
SSIA board of directors.

SSIA has secured a special room rate of $89
single/double. To make your reservations, call
(630) 773-4000. Make sure to tell them you’re
with the Shoe Service Institute of America to
get the SSIA rate.
SSIA has blocked a limited number of rooms at
this rate. The SSIA rate will be honored until
July 3, 2012 or until the room block sells out.
Note: Last year, the SSIA room block sold out
months before the show. Make your reservations
early.
SUPPLIER
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Only SSIA supplier members that have purchased a
booth will be permitted in the exhibition hall
and may participate in SSIA activities. Supplier
members that have not purchased a booth are
welcome in the annual business meeting.
SHIPPING AND
STORAGE OF MATERIALS
Due to limited storage space, the hotel will
only accept shipped materials three days prior
to the event. These materials should be clearly
marked with, GROUP NAME AND EXHIBITOR NAME, and
forwarded to the address below. CODs are not
accepted. You will be charged by the hotel for
the acceptance, storage and delivery of items to
the function room based on the weight of your
shipment. Ask the hotel for a price list.
You are responsible for your own return shipping
labels for UPS and Fed-Ex and your own pick up
arrangement for pallets. Please make sure that
all materials to be shipped include the
completed shipping label with account number.
The hotel will make sure the items are shipped
out the following business day.

The SSIA assumes no responsibility for the cost,
storage, loss, damage or negligence of any
packages or pallets shipped to or from this
event.
EXHIBIT STAFFING
Shoe service wholesalers, orthopedic
distributors, or their employees are not
permitted to work a booth at a SSIA sponsored
event.
