Greetings all.

I am not a shoe repair specialist but need some advice on whether a sole on a pair of boots I have purchased can be replaced. The boot seems to have a cemented sole with a midsole and outsole. The problem is the part of the outsole is attached to the uppers via a 'lip'. I was wondering if this sort of shoe can be resoled and how.

Here's a link to the shoe

Thanks in advance.
