 steve madden fez wedge shoes

I have a pair of steve madden fez wedge shoes...There is a ropelike on the heel which came off and is lost...can anyone help me...If you go online and enter steve madden fez shoes you'll see the heel material..

what part is missing? We probably don't have any kind of woven material like what you have on the shoe. If you could find some, maybe at a fabric store, you could then bring it to your local shoe shop, and see if they can fix it for you.

Is there a reason why it came off? Are the heels worn down? If so, you should probably have the heels repaired also.
